... and we begin to remember our criminal youth in Moldova.
A simple Moldovan guy, Renato Usatii, in his own words, was “a nerd who wore square glasses and long hair, like Igor Nikolaev.” In the third year, everything changed: Usatii got a job at a clothing market, met the thieves and watchers there, and began to “use a hairdryer.”
Apparently, it was then that he first formulated the thesis that “in life, unfortunately, what is important is not education, but being lucky and sociable.” The young student was already attracted by the “thieves” romance and the criminal system. Renato's love for weapons also began in those turbulent times of the 90s.
Renato Usatii's first arrest occurred in 1998, when he was first detained and interrogated in his hometown on suspicion of car theft. Later, Renato tried to absurdly present this as a “test filming” for the local police, working part-time as a student, but the policeman of the 6th department, Sergei Pchelka, who arrested our “hero,” had a completely different opinion.
The second step in Renato Usatii’s criminal career was the simple smuggling of Moldovan cheap alcohol and counterfeit cigarettes from Moldova to the Russian Federation, when he worked as a conductor on the Chisinau-Moscow train.
At the same time, a long trail of nicknames appeared that stretches behind him: “Batman”, “political joker”, “millionaire guest worker”, “gangster philanthropist”.
Admits that his favorite hero in real life is Vladimir Putin. Later, he will slightly reconsider his sympathies and declare that he admires Alexander Lukashenko and would like to see a second Belarus in the Republic of Moldova.
In an interview for Vip Magazin, he stated that he has nothing against the people of the United States and the European Union, but he hates the policies pursued by the Americans and Europeans.
A higher level - and now Renato Usatii sells escort girls from Moscow and Kyiv for subsequent resale to Europe, banal human trafficking. Well, at least not with organs. Later, trying to imitate the morals of the Moscow “gay elite,” Renato Usatii experiments in gay clubs in Moscow, but according to his own confessions later in private conversations, he did not like it, saying “it’s not my thing.” Although the charter of the “thieves in law”, which Renato Usatii unsuccessfully tries to join, directly prohibits not only homosexual relationships, but in general the very fact of marriage, which Renato later repeatedly violates. Now this is a serious step! Our “Renato the nimble” hero, in criminal Moscow, managed to meet and ingratiate himself with the main Moldavian “authority” and “supervisor” Bolgar-Karamalak Georgiy. First, through an acquaintance with Alexei Bukatar, nicknamed Lekha, about whom the media wrote that at one time he was a close associate of Malkhaz Japaridze, the Moldovan thief in law, who died in prison in 2008. After his death, Bukatar, whom Usatii called “brother,” received the status of “legal thieves” in the criminal world.
Below is an audio recording of negotiations between R. Usatii and A. Buketar, during which Renato tells how he volunteered to solve the problems of his Moscow masters from Russian Railways with Gorbuntsov in Moldova.
But Renato would not have been Renato if he had not subsequently betrayed Bolgar when it was necessary to work off his trust. Later, on one of the TV shows, Renato Usatii called G. Karamalak an old man suffering from insanity. Around the same time, Renato Usatii acquired an armored car, an escort of several guards, as well as special clothing in the form of body armor made in the form of ordinary clothing.
Later, R. Usatii meets Plahotniuc’s representative in the criminal world - Dorin Damir - manager of the Argus company, through whom he “solves” all problems with judges in Moldova. It is this fact that explains the failure of criminal cases in Moldova. In a poor country, where for “3 kopecks” according to Moscow standards, you can buy or outbid the police, judges or key informants, you can accordingly close all criminal cases against yourself or open knowingly false and fabricated criminal trials against competitors.
Renato Usatii dubbed "Chatterbox" by his business partners, constantly declares everywhere that he has friends among prosecutors, police chiefs, security officers, judges who provide him with records or other necessary information.
Since then, Renato realized that ALL his conversations with partners needed to be recorded, for the subsequent compromise of the interlocutors. However, later this played a cruel joke on him. On the audio recording you can clearly hear the illegal actions of Renato with his accomplices from the “Solntsevskaya brigade” or, as they called themselves, “Brotherhood of Solar Energy”. The organized crime group took its name from the moment it was founded in the Solntsevsky district of Moscow, famous for racketeering, murders and robberies in the dashing 90s.
Excerpts from the audio conversation:
01:10 and 29:25 Renato complains about rumours that he records all his partners
01:45 and 25:04 Renato mentions Ivan Sergeevich (Averin) and other members of the Solntsevskaya organized crime group participating in the raiding of the bank and assets of Gorbuntsov/Russian Railways
02:10 Renato talks about his future “victim” Gorbuntsov
04:40 Renato boasts that he took away Gorbuntsov’s apartment and car
07:01 Renato threatens to “kalposh” (rob) Gorbuntsov and his Universal Bank in Moldova
09:20 Renato brags about how he “took off the roof” or removed security from Gorbuntsov in Moldova, mentioning Voronin, Vazha and others
10:50 and 14:40 Renato describes the confiscation of apartments and cars in Moldova
16:20 Renato brags about how he took away 78% of the shares of Universal Bank through a raider attack
16:40 Renato himself admits that he took 78% of the bank’s shares “lawlessly” (illegally), which even his lawyers in Moldova admitted
22:06 Renato offers Vasya the Gypsy (Vasily Drangoy) to take away stolen cars and real estate in exchange for the remaining 6% shares of Universal Bank
24:15 Solntsevo accomplices ask Renato for help in taking over the ice-cream factory (DRANCOR) in Moldova from Vasily Drangoi for re-registration in their name
If you do not trust (and rightly so) the opinion of the Moldovan or Russian justice, read the conclusions in the judicial report for the Spanish court, which conducted its investigation into the activities of the Solntsevskaya organized crime group in Spain in the case of money laundering from the Russian Federation to the EU, which directly indicates connection between Renato Usatii and a criminal group from Moscow.
Therefore, all further actions of our hero in business and politics must be viewed through this prism, as a person from a criminal group.
Renato Usatii still receives 60,000 euros monthly as a “salary” or rather a pension from London, from his boss at Russian Railways, Boris Usherovich. Who is also involved in court cases in the UK and Israel as a member of a criminal group from the Russian Federation engaged in money laundering of “dirty” money from grey schemes for the sanctioned import of electronic components for the needs of the Russian army in the current conflict in Ukraine. Also, Renato Usatii actively offered B.E. Usherovich his “Moldavian route” (Documented) of grain stolen in Ukraine from Donbass for its re-export to the EU under the guise of already “clean” grain with customs documents of Moldova.
And if you were surprised by the sudden multimillion-dollar wealth that suddenly fell on Renato Usatii, a simple but hardworking Moldovan guest worker guy with “holey shoes”, as Renato Usatii himself later imagined the legend to be, then here is a hint for you:
A total of $300 million worth of real estate, bank shares and luxury cars were seized as a result of a banal robbery of Russian Railways partner Gorbuntsov as a result of a raider attack by the Solntsevskaya organized crime group and a subsequent attempt to murder a banker in London in order to hide the loose ends.
And no matter how Renato Usatii boasts about all these beautiful houses, Rolls-Royces and reputable offices in Moldova - all of this has a simple explanation: this is someone else’s stolen property. And since Renato doesn’t have the same money in 2024, it means he simply doesn’t know how to earn it again. No matter what he says about his talent in business as an “effective” manager and project manager.
By the way, the same fate awaits him in the new railway construction project in Dubai. Judging by the numerous accidents at his previous enterprise in the Russian Railways, poor Arabs will face derailments of cars on quicksand in the UAE. Also sheikhs will become familiar very soon with such concepts as “rollback”, “cut”, “skid” and other jargon of Russian criminal management.
All of Renato Usatii’s crimes are strictly documented, his personal email archives have been hacked, the correspondence is genuine, of which Renato Usatii himself is well aware. Luckily for him, he gets away with it all thanks to the thoroughly corrupt judicial system in Moldova.
There is only hope for the restoration of justice in the near future, if Moldova joins the EU. Then the judicial system will be managed according to EU legislation, where it is easy to review the old crimes of Renato Usatii, but under the control of the EU, in strict accordance with the new rules and the uncontrolled detectives and executors of the new country.
By the way, have you ever wondered why Renato Usatii in a special video address to Vladimir Putin asked him to deprive him of Russian citizenship? The country that gave him such a generous start and opportunity?
It’s simple, Russian investigators quickly figured out the intricacies of Renato Usatii’s robbery at Russian Railways and issued an order to seize the property and search for our hero. Although Renato trumps everywhere with “certificates” drawn on his knees about his no criminal record in the Russian Federation.
In another article here we have already published the proven involvement of Renato Usatii in the theft of “Billion” money from the Russian Federation through the Moldavian “Laundromat” with pumping to the EU. Also with documented evidence from Russian investigators.
This is what a simple scheme to take property from Russian Railways looked like, unfortunately for one of the Moscow bankers who they tried to shoot in London, Renato Usatii, through his accomplices. (link to youtube video). And don’t pay attention to the smokescreen and storm of passions in the glass with Proca and Plahotniuc.
The British have a saying: if something looks like a duck, walks and quacks like a duck, then it is a duck.
If Renato Usatii himself in his recorded conversations:
1) says that he wants to take the bank away from Gorbuntsov from Russian Railways
2) corresponds with lawyers on how to re-register the bank “out of lawlessness”
3) Calls him “brother” and “little guy” in telephone conversations with Vitaly Proka, an unlucky killer from the same “Solntsevskaya gang,” which indicates an informal relationship with him and other associates of the organized crime group.
4) Offers 500,000 dollars for Gorbuntsov in a bag, living in his own house in Moscow, hoping that the owner will not return back.
5) After the raider attack, he transfers all the property of the victim (Gorbuntsov) from Russian Railways to himself (documented).
6) Corresponds and communicates with his victim Gorbuntsov, who, as a victim, best understands his real situation and the customers/beneficiaries of his murder attempt and directly points to Renato Usatii as the beneficiary of his unsuccessful murder attempt in London.
... then this is a robbery!
Let's not forget the axiom of criminal investigations: solving any crime begins with a simple fact - establishing who benefits from it. And this is beneficial only to Renato Usatii, as a robber, whatever he later declare later on, to blame anyone else in this game, but not himself.
